A VEHICLE theft in Padworth has led to police revealing a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

The CCTV release comes after an incident between midnight and around 5am on Sunday, June 28, when a wallet containing debit cards and some cash was stolen from a car parked on Bath Road, Padworth, West Berkshire.

The cards were then used multiple times between 4.30am and 5.10am at a Shell petrol station on the same road.

Investigating officer PC Louise Eaton, based at Newbury police station, said: "I am releasing this CCTV image as I believe that this person may have important information about this incident.
