FIREFIGHTERS rushed to the aid of a woman who had to be rescued from a burning building near Oxford Road yesterday.
A number of emergency services blocked off the road while fire crews responded to the blaze in Elm Park Road.
Video footage shows three fire engines in places outside the home, as well as numerous police officers and paramedics on scene.

It happened shortly before 5.30pm on Sunday, June 7.
A Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "Upon arrival, crews found a fire in a residential property.
"Crews rescued one woman from the building using a ladder.

"Six firefighters in breathing apparatus gained access to the property to extinguish the fire using three hose reels, before ventilating the property."
Three crews from Caversham Road, Dee Road, and Wokingham Road were scrambled to the scene, plus an additional officer.
Firefighters were at the scene for about 70minutes.
