Home Delivery will also be restored at the 24 locations with partners Just Eat and Deliveroo, meaning Fridays’ lovers can celebrate the return of favourite dishes from the safety of their home.

The new ordering system will allow guests to order their food and pay for it online, then collect it from outside their nearest restaurant, where safety is a priority and social distancing measures are fully in place.

A specially tailored menu made up of 22 of favourite dishes, covering a range of appetisers, mains, desserts and kids’ options will be available.

When completing their order on www.tgifridays.co.uk, guests will be able to choose a collection slot between 12pm - 9pm and at this point will be advised on how to collect their food safely.

Robert B. Cook, CEO at TGI Fridays said: "We can't wait to re-fire the grills in preparation for the launch of our new click and collect service in 24 selected locations.

"These initial sites have been chosen as we either own and can control the car park or the landlord has given us dedicated access.

"We will also be restoring delivery services at the same locations via Just Eat and Deliveroo, as applicable.

"We will continue to monitor UK government advice but after an initial trial we aim to extend the rollout as soon as it is safe to do so.”
