BURGER fans will be pleased to hear that Reading is among the areas where Five Guys is reopening for deliveries.

UPDATE: Reading's Five Guys opens for click and collect

The fast food chain had closed its branch in The Oracle, Reading, as part of government lockdown rules.

But the chain has today announced that some sites, including Reading, are back open so you can get your burgers delivered right to your doorsteps via Deliveroo.

Five Guys CEO John Eckbert said: "We have adopted a phased approach to reopening Five Guys stores, adhering to government advice and ensuring the safety of our customers and crew is paramount.

"To date a small number of stores have remained open for Click and Collect and Deliveroo orders only and while this has been in operation, we’re proud of how our crew members have supported local hospitals and key frontline workers across the UK.2

The Reading shop has reopened as of today (April 28).
