AS SPRING is now in full bloom, we are asking our readers to send their photos of birds, bees, flowers and all that makes this time of year so beautiful to see.
Despite isolation rules, springtime can be spotted from almost every environment in the UK, from birds flying over the rooftops to daffodils on the side of the road.

If you have a garden or access to an allotment, we ask you to send in your snapshots of the wildlife and greenery around you.
If you are able to perform your one daily exercise outside, why not send in a quick pic of the signs of spring you see?

During these times, many people may feel disconnected with nature, so we are asking residents to share what experiences with the natural world they're having right now - even if it's just a photo of a bird you took from your bedroom window.
