The following cases appeared at Reading Magistrates’ Court:

February 7:

MACIEJ MOJSIEJCZYK, 38, of Corwen Road, Tilehurst, convicted of drink-driving in Tilehurst Road, Reading, on April 13, 2019. Found to have 45mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Fined £300 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge. Also ordered to pay £400 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

ANDREW BUSHNELL, 58, of Coley Hill, Reading, convicted of travelling on a Great Western Railway service in Reading without having paid the £2.80 train fare on June 29, 2019. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £2.80 compensation. Also ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £160 court costs.

JOSHUA EATON, 22, of Beancroft Road, Thatcham, convicted of travelling on a Great Western Railway service in Thatcham without having paid the £6.90 train fare. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £6.90 compensation. Must also pay £30 victim surcharge and £160 court costs.

MAIR JONES, 77, of Victoria Gardens, in Newbury, convicted of travelling on a Great Western Railway service in Reading without having paid the £4.45 train fare on June 21, 2019. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £4.45 compensation. Also ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £160 court costs.

JAKE MORT, 19, of Willow Close, in Burghfield, Reading, convicted or travelling ona Great Western Railway service without having paid the £20.60 train fare in Reading on June 24, 2019. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £20.60 compensation. Must also pay £30 victim surcharge and £160 court costs.

DANIEL TOLLEY, 36, of Elvaston Way, Reading, convicted of travelling on a Great Western Railway service without having paid the £5.50 train fare in Reading on June 27, 2019. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £5.50 compensation. Must also pay £30 victim surcharge and £160 court costs.

SERGEJS USOVS, 21, of Southampton Street, Reading, convicted of being in a compulsory ticket area at Reading train station without having a valid ticket for travel on June 18, 2019. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £7.30 compensation. Also ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £160 court costs.

BRYNYEO CONSTRUCTION LTD, Braemore Close, Thatcham, convicted of using an unlicensed vehicle in Thatcham on July 11, 2019. Fined £440 and ordered to pay £65 vehicle excise back duty. Must also pay £200 court costs.

H2B SERVICES LTD, of Station Road, Pangbourne, convicted of using an unlicensed vehicle in Guildford on June 21, 2019. Fined £440 and ordered to pay £65 vehicle excise back duty. Must also pay £200 court costs.
