THE POST OFFICE at The Parade is set to re-open next month.
The Post office on Brecon Road, Woodley, is set to re-open on April 1 under new management, after the previous store-owner retired before Christmas.
Antoinette Chitty, the national Post Office retail operations change manager, confirmed: "We are delighted that a new agent has been appointed and we will be restoring services on 1st April at 12.30pm.
"I know the local community will join me in welcoming this good news and hope that customers will continue to use this service."

The store, now run by married couple Zafar Ali and Shahida Hussain, is also a newsagent, providing groceries, sweets, cards and toys.
The store will be open from 7.30am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 7.30am to 12pm on Sunday.
