Flames can be seen as smoke billowed across the skies above Reading, as the fire took hold of a unit off Stadium Way.
It appears to have come from the unit housing print cartridge company ITP Ltd.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service (RBFRS) remain at the scene.
