The confirmed coronavirus case is a teacher at Willow Bank Infant School.

The school has since been closed for a deep clean and its website confirmed it hopes to reopen on Wednesday, March 11.

Willow Bank Junior School also closed for a deep clean.

The teacher in question had attended a training session at Aldryngton Primary School last week prompting several other schools to close and staff to isolate.
