A SUPERVISOR to a learner driver was fined £300 and issued six points after using a phone in the vehicle.

A post on TVP Roads Policing says: "The supervisor of the learner driver in Whitley, Reading, was seen using a phone held to their ear taking a call.

"Please be aware that if you’re supervising you’re unable to use your phone as it requires your full attention."

The car was stopped by police in Whitley after being spotted.
