A BOWLING alley and mini golf course could soon be coming to the Broad Street Mall.

Bunker will create two bowling lanes and a 12-hole mini golf course, according to its new website

It will be open from 11am every day, until 1am most days, and midnight on Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.

The bowling alley will be underneath the new cinema and close to the Hexagon, on Queens Walk.

With cocktails and artisan pizza, Bunker will be “the best par tee in town”, according to its website.

It states: “Think cocktails, artisan pizza, good music, good people and combine this with an incredible mini golf experience, and you have Bunker Reading.

“Gone are bright lights and corny music; in come and in intimate lounge-feel, where you can sip on your cocktail as you strike up our lanes shipped in from the USA. This is how we roll.”

It is unclear when the bowling alley will open — as the website has no contact details apart from an email address that does not currently work.

A poster on the window of the site from Reading Borough Council says Bunker Leisure Limited has been given a premises licence to sell alcohol.
