"We currently have established stores in Leeds, Boston and Milton Keynes, and this store provides us with the opportunity to tap into the vast market in the south east of England.”

Ed Davidson, senior leasing manager at Sorbon Estates, said: "We're delighted to have signed a deal with Sportsbikeshop, a very strong business, which has grown sustainably over the past 15 years.

"It is a welcome addition to our portfolio, complementing the existing tenant mix at Reading Link Retail Park."
