WOKINGHAM Borough Council’s updated local plan is now out for consultation — meaning you can have your say on how the borough should look in the coming decades.

Included in the draft proposal are topics ranging from where thousands of homes could be built, to how new developments should help to tackle carbon emissions, to affordable housing policies, and more.

Plans for 15,000 homes in Grazeley make the up most of the home allocation up to 2036 and up to 2055, although technically 10,000 of these homes are in Wokingham borough and the rest are in West Berkshire district.
