Police presence outside council offices
POLICE officers have scrambled outside the council offices in Reading.
A number of police cars parked up on Simmonds Street and were investigating the area.
Officers were spotted at around 2.30pm and appeared to be searching the area.
Police were contacted for comment but said they could not provide any details.
