The following cases were heard at Reading and Slough Magistrates’ Court:

November 20:

DAVID HESELTINE, 55, of Embrook Road, Wokingham, admitted drink-driving on Embrook Road on September 29, 2019. Found to have 113mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, over the legal limit of 35mcg. Community order made. Alcohol dependency treatment with Smart for 6 months. Also ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 48 months.

DAVID WRIGHT, 42, of Paddock Heights, Twyford, Wokingham, admitted fraud by false representation o October 23, 2019. Used a Lloyds bank card that was not his without the owner's position, intending to buy £86 worth of goods. Fined £120. Also ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge. Also ordered to pay £40 court costs.

November 25:

IBRAHIM MABRUK, 26, of Rushall Close, Shinfield, Wokingham, admitted driving without correct insurance on Wincanton Road on March 1, 2019. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge. Also ordered to pay £200 court costs.

JAMIE PAULIN, 33, of Donnybrook, Bracknell, admitted of stealing petrol from a BP on Wokingham Road, Reading on March 3, 2019. Fined £200. Also ordered to pay £45 compensation. Also ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs.

November 26:

JOHNATHAN KNIGHT, 39, of no fixed abode, admitted failing to comply with community order by not attending unpaid work induction on August 8, 2019, and an office appointment on April 30, 2019. Community order made for original offence of stealing 15 pairs of men's skinny jeans, worth £337.50, from Marks and Spencer in Bracknell. Also convicted originally of stealing four bottles of alcohol worth £100 from Morrisons, Bracknell, on April 30, 2019. Also convicted originally for stealing 14 pairs of men's skinny jeans worth £315 from Marks and Spencer, Bracknell, on May 1, 2019. Also convicted originally for stealing 14 pairs of men's travel trousers worth £553 from Marks and Spencer on May 2, 2019. Community order to continue.

KATHERINE RICHENS, 48, of Sweetbriar, Crowthorne, was convicted of £2434.97 worth of criminal damage to property valued under £5000 by damaging a Landrover. Community order made. Also ordered to pay £2500 compensation. Also ordered to pay £500 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

GILLIAN WILLIS, 63, of Brook Green, Bracknell, admitted harassment by breaching a restraining order in Bracknell on November 25, 2019. Fined £80. Also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge. Also ordered to pay £10 court costs.

November 28:

RICHARD BACON, 47, of Wordsworth, Great Hollands, Bracknell, admitted possession of scissor blades in a public place in Bracknell on October 28, 2019. Also admitted stealing alcohol from a Co-Op in Bracknell on October 5, 2019. Also admitted stealing alcohol, a SIM card, and muffins from a Co-Op in Bracknell on October 5, 2019. Committed to prison for a total of 22 weeks, suspended for 12 months, due to severity of offence. Also ordered to pay £106.97 compensation. Also ordered to pay £122 victim surcharge. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs. Also knife to be forfeited and destroyed.

OLIVER COPLAND, 24, of Outfield Crescent, Wokingham, was convicted of failing to provide A specimen for breath analysis after being pulled over in Wokingham on May 25, 2019. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Reading Magistrates Court, having been released on bail on November 26, 2019. Community order made. Ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge. Also ordered to pay £700 court costs. Also disqualified from driving for 28 months.
