POLICE have released an e-fit of an burglar believed to have entered a home in Reading.

Between 11.30pm and midnight on Friday, January 10, a man in his twenties was woken by an intruder entering the bedroom of his property on Western Elms Avenue.

Upon seeing the victim, the offender ran out of the property through the front door towards Tilehurst Road.

Nothing was stolen from the property.

Investigating Officer, PC Thomas Wheatman, based as Reading police station said: "I am releasing this e-fit and appealing for any witnesses who may have seen a man matching this description in the area at the time, or anyone who thinks they recognise this man, or if you believe it could be you, to please get in touch.
