THE UK'S longest running musical theatre concert is coming to Newbury this month.

Beyond the Barricade celebrates 21 years of touring and the best of Broadway and the West End in a brand new show at the Corn Exchange Newbury on Thursday January 23.

Beyond the Barricade features past principal performers from Les Misérables including David Fawcett (Valjean), Andy Reiss (Enjolras), Katie Leeming (Eponine) and Poppy Tierney (Cosette) and pays homage to the longest running musical in the West End to date.

The evening will include many of the big numbers from Les Misérables as well as other Broadway and West End favourites, including The Phantom of the Opera, Blood Brothers, The Lion King and Hamilton.

With a live band, Beyond the Barricade gives musical theatre songs a bold concert format treatment, delivered with the same conviction and intention as if the audience are watching the original performance.
