SANDFORD LANE has been shut by the council due to severe flooding and won't be open for days.
The road connecting Hurst and Sandford has been shut between Colemansmoor Road and Davis Street due to flooding after heavy rain and thunderstorms last night.
It is not expected to reopen until Wednesday, December 18.
The Met Office has stated that the forecast for the surrounding area is a mixture of cloud and further rain, until Wednesday when weather is expected to clear up.
Wokingham Borough Council has said it will keep residents up to date with the closure.
