Hundreds of homes without power
A NUMBER of homes were without electricity in Reading yesterday evening after a power cut.
SSE reports suggest power was lost across at least 15 postcodes about 6pm.
It was affecting the RG1 and RG2 area.
Engineers were on site soon after and power is thought to have been restored to all homes by 9.30pm.
The postcodes currently without power include RG1 4JE, RG1 4PH, RG1 4QA, RG1 4QH, RG1 5BJ, RG1 5BL, RG1 5BN, RG1 5DA, RG2 0ER, RG2 0EU, RG2 0EX, RG2 0EY, RG2 0HA, RG2 7TD, and RG2 7TE.
