A Reading East election candidate’s campaign billboards have been destroyed and stolen, in an incident yesterday.
Brexit Party candidate Mitchell Feierstein said the vandalism at a house on a main arterial into Reading East was “a planned, deliberate attack” against his political campaign.
He said 25 large billboards were destroyed and stolen, with anti-Fascist stickers left.

Mr Feierstein said: “At an iconic landmark house on a main arterial into town in Reading East, there was a planned, deliberate attack against my political campaign.
“At least twenty-five large Brexit Party Billboard Signs, affixed with an industrial screw gun with four screws per billboard, were ripped down and stolen.
“The suspects left calling cards–an “Anti-Fascist Network AFN” sticker was placed on one board and a “No Borders No States” sticker on the other.
“The Brexit Party signs were only up for nine days before the most significant General Election of a lifetime.”

‘No Borders No States’ and ‘F*K Boris’ stickers were left behind.
Mr Feierstein added: “There has not been many days during my campaign that I was not called a racist, Nazi, or f***ing Jew.
“The divisiveness and intolerance I experienced has been astounding.
“We should be able to feel safe in our community.
“Following this general election, we must adopt a zero-tolerance policy on anti-social and hate crimes.”
