A BAR is calling on people to step away from their desks and pick up a pint for lunchtime.
BrewDog, in Reading, is offering up the chance of two free pints of beer for anyone willing to forget work while on break this week.
The bar, in Castle Street, is urging people to take a break and a moment for themselves over the coming weeks.
It has launched an 'out-of-office' promotion from today where punters can sign up with their email online, download a QR code, set up an out-of-office response and show this to the bartenders to get a free pint for themselves and a colleague.
The offer is only valid between midday and 2pm.

Susanna Newsonen, an independent expert commentator, said: "Your brain needs regular breathers throughout your day. Going totally offline and away from your desk at lunch is vital in helping you to recharge your batteries and better deal with stress.
"People taking part in BrewDog Out of Office will find they come back into the office feeling happier and more productive.
"It’s also a great way to better connect with your colleagues and build more positive relationships with them."
The offer will run from today up to Friday, November 29.
