The incident happened at Chapel Hill, Tilehurst
A 25-YEAR-OLD has been arrested following a 'frightening' indecent exposure in front of two children.
Thames Valley Police said the two children were approached by a man on Chapel Hill around 7pm on Sunday, September 15.
He indecently exposed himself to them, before running away.

A man from Woking has been arrested on suspicion of exposure and is currently on police bail while investigations continue.
