Entrants come from all walks of life and abilities and include children, babies in buggies, those with disabilities, dog owners and serious runners, joggers and walkers.
This year, the two charities being supported are Sport in Mind - a Reading-based charity offering activity sessions to improve the lives of those with mental health problems and The Reading and Wokingham Multiple Sclerosis Society, who assist people with MS to live life to its fullest possibilities for individuals and families.
Donations to the two charities can be made here.
