POLICE have stormed and raided two properties in Reading and made arrests over immigration offences today.
Officers smashed their way into two Whitley properties this morning using a police battering ram.
A tweet from the force said as a result of the raids it had arrested two men on suspicion of immmigration offences.
Earlier today, 2 warrants were undertaken in the Whitley area of Reading, 2 men were arrested in connection with this on suspicion of immigration offences. It also reassured neighbours that their was 'no risk to the local residents' and added that anyone with concerns can speak to a police officer.
