STAND-UP comedian Darren Harriott will share his witty views on love, life and more in his new show - which comes to Bracknell next week.

Darren, 31, was nominated for the Best Newcomer Award at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2017 and he is now a regular at London comedy clubs.

The comedy star is bringing his latest live show, Good Heart Yute, to the Wilde Theatre at South Hill Park on Wednesday, November 30, and is bringing some special guests.

Darren considers himself to be a good person - but now he is 31 and he has never been in love. It can’t always be someone else’s fault?

Learning more about himself and realising maybe he has never actually been happy with who is, audiences will join Darren for his trademark passion and insightful wit as he tries to work himself out.

Darren Harriott is perhaps one of the most exciting comedians on the circuit.

Over the last couple of years, he has appeared on Live at the Apollo, Russell Howard’s Stand Up Central, BBC Radio 4’s Best of the Fest, The Now Show and 5Live’s Fighting Talk.

He also features in a series for Comedy Central Online, and has his own BBC Three short coming soon.

2017 saw Darren head to the Edinburgh Festival with his debut hour Defiant at the Pleasance Courtyard, which was a big hit with audiences and critics alike.

In 2018, following a run at the Soho Theatre, he jetted off to the Melbourne International Comedy Festival where he appeared on the televised Gala.

Originally from Birmingham, and now living in London, Darren is a regular at clubs such as 99 Club, Top Secret, Backyard Comedy Club, The Boat Show, Up the Creek and The Glee.

In his shows Darren is known to use comedy to address social issues he experienced while growing up, such as knife crime and gang culture.

Darren brings Good Heart Yute to Bracknell’s South Hill Park on October 30 at 7.45pm.

Tickets are £14.50, available online at www.southhillpark.org.uk or call 01344484123.
