Traffic on M$ has been caused by an earlier broke down vehicle
A BROKEN down car near Reading has caused heavy traffic on the
M4
this morning.
There is congestion between junction 12 for Theale and 11 for Reading.
The breakdown was reported at around 7.30am on Tuesday, July 23, and lanes were closed as a result.
Traffic is now easing but there may still be congestion in the area.
