The former office and data centre will undergo an £11million upgrade to provide a modern campus-style development for its tenants.

Once completed, TVP1 and TVP2 will be renamed Earley East and Earley West respectively, collectively known as The Earley Buildings.

Upon completion, Earley East will provide a double storey reception area featuring flexible working opportunities for its tenants.

Additionally, the transformed landscaped area at the front of the building will provide amenities for tenants of both Earley East and Earley West to use.

Wanting to encourage tenants of both buildings to come together, the campus setting will include amenities such as seating and picnic tables and a new coffee shop within the landscaped exterior.

Supporting tenants’ wellness and commuters coming to the development by bike, a new shower block is being built externally to Earley East.

Area, one of Europe's leading workplace design specialists, is working on behalf of US-based private equity firm Spear Street Capital to complete the work.

Earley East is situated on Thames Valley Park, a premier business park located in East Reading on the River Thames.

Working alongside Paragon Building Consultancy (Project Manager and QS), Pinnacle ESP (M&E Services Consultants) and branding company Mammal, Area will deliver the 85,000 sq ft project within a 30-week project programme.
