POLICE are re-issuing an appeal to trace a wanted man from Didcot who has links to Reading.

Paul Clark, 49, is wanted in connection with an incident of burglary which took place in Lydalls Road, Didcot at around 2.40am on August 25.

The victim, a 48-year-old man, returned to his property after a holiday and discovered an offender inside, who then fled on foot.

A small amount of cash and some jewellery was stolen from the property and a window at the front of the property had been damaged.

Clark is described as white, 6ft tall and of slim build with receding fair hair.

He has a tattoos on his left arm.

They include one saying ‘Mum & Dad’, a Union flag, text saying ‘Scotland the Brave’ and a Red Hand of Ulster.

On his right arm there is a tattoo of a swallow, and a second which says ‘Rangers in Heart’.

Clark is also known to frequent the Peckham, Dulwich, Waterloo, Lambeth, and Southwark areas in London, Ashford and Swanley in Kent and south Oxfordshire.

He is also known to often use the railway systems throughout the country.

Investigating officer, detective sergeant Francesca Jarvis, of Abingdon police station, said: "We are issuing this re-appeal for help in tracing Clark, who is wanted in connection with a burglary in Didcot.

"Anyone who has any information on his whereabouts, or believes they have seen him is urged to contact police.
