A MAN suffered a fractured nose after being attacked by a group of men outside a fast-food restaurant last month.

The 23-year-old victim was assaulted at around 5am on May 25 in front of McDonald's in Friar Street in Reading.

During the attack, a group of five to six men and an offender who was unknown to the group approached the men and punched the victim to the face.

The man sustained a fractured nose and bruising to his face.

He was treated at Royal Berkshire Hospital and has since been discharged.

Thames Valley Police is releasing CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the assault in Reading.

Investigating officer, PC Paul Davis based at Reading police station, said: “I am keen to speak to the man in these CCTV images as he may have information which is vital to our investigation.
