VINTAGE car enthusiasts are preparing for the popular Classic Car Show at Pangbourne College next month.

The fourth annual exhibition promises to be the best one yet on June 1, with dozens of rare and classic models to look at.

Last year's show saw more than 2,500 people attend the college, with increasing numbers coming through the doors.

Tom Cheney, event organiser, said: “It’s fantastic how much the show has grown over the last three years and we are sure that this year’s event will surpass all expectations once again.

“It is a great occasion which brings together so many like minded petrol heads. Everyone is happy to give up their time to talk about what is often their pride and joy, and having such a range of vehicles here is amazing."

Entry to the show, which runs from 10am to 4pm, is free, but there will be a £5 charge for parking.
