POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a vehicle was reported to be driven anti-socially on Reading Road, Pangbourne.

At around 8pm on Saturday, April 27, the vehicle, a blue Ford Focus, was driven towards two men who were walking across the zebra crossing.

The driver then got out and became involved in an verbal exchange with the two.

He then got back into the car, which was driven away.

The offender is described as a white male, approximately 5ft 10ins tall and of stocky build.

Investigating officer police constable Nicola Flynn based at Newbury police station said: "I am appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this incident to contact the police.

"Anyone with information that could help with this investigation can call the 24-hour non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 43190127063 or make a report online.

"Alternatively, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
