EARLY Bird entry to next year's Reading Half Marathon is now available.
Closing at midnight on April 14, the clock is ticking to gain early bird entry to the 37th annual event, taking place on April 5 2020.
Race entry starts at £36.00 – anyone can sign up now at www.readinghalfmarathon.com.
Last month, the sun shone for 12,000 runners and more than 700 volunteers as they brought the streets alive for the 13.1 mile race.
Charity fundraisers and fitness enthusiasts, along with the country’s most seasoned athletes laced up and made their way to a hero’s finish in the Madejski Stadium, a finish line like no other.
2019 saw Scott Overall fly to victory in 1:03:50, with Stephanie Twell taking the female top spot, in 1:11:37.
Twell said: "The atmosphere at Reading is electric.
"2019 was my first appearance at Reading and I loved it, even more so taking a new PB home!
"I will definitely be back next year and I would love to see you at the start line."
