A SPECIFIC witness is being urged to come forward after a car windscreen was damaged in Wokingham.
The victim's silver Toyota Starlet was in the Cockpit Path car park on the evening of March 31 when the incident happened.
Between 9pm and midnight an offender used a piece of wood to break the windscreen, before causing damage to other parts of the vehicle.
Investigating officers are particularly keen to speak with someone who is believed to have captured the incident on camera.
Thames Valley Police arrested a 22-year-old man from Wokingham on suspicion of causing criminal damage and he has been released under investigation.
Police constable Helen Craven, from Loddon Valley police station, said: “I am appealing for the witness who captured this incident on camera to come forward, as they may have information vital to our investigation.
“Anyone who knows the witness, or has information about this incident, should report the details on the Thames Valley Police website quoting reference 43190097755.
