A BUSINESSWOMAN from Wokingham has held a session in Reading for females who are self-employed, who might be feeling lonely.

Rachel Bradley, the leader of the Reading Girl Tribe Gang held the group session on Wednesday, January 30 at the Fora, Reading.

The session was designed to bring together women who work for themselves and reduce the loneliness and isolation that comes with working at home.

Ms Bradley said: "As much as we all have great online communities, I think we all have a very real need to see people face to face.

"Women who work from home can get quite lonely so our event was a fantastic opportunity to meet a bunch a like-minded women, share our stories, our business concerns and also have a laugh and a natter over a glass of wine or two.

A total of 30 women attended the networking event.

Ms Bradley added: "There was such a buzz about the night and Fora is such a wonderful place to host our event. I can't wait for the February meet up now."
