PROUD parents gathered in Woodley Town centre to hear their sons and daughters joyfully singing carols for Christmas.
Beechwood Primary school pupils continued their yearly festive tradition by spreading Christmas cheer and singing carols.
The event started at 11am on December, 13 in Woodley Town precinct and children sung with happy faces to the public and their parents.
Acting headteacher Zoe Voisey said: "The children have been practising the songs over the last few weeks and have thoroughly enjoyed getting into the Christmas spirit. We are very proud of them.
As a community school at the heart of Woodley we wanted to continue the tradition of the whole school sharing Christmas cheer by singing Christmas carols in the precinct."
Teachers also collected small donations of money from the public to support charities in the area.
