PRESENTER and comedian Jo Brand met with adoring fans during a sold out event in Reading.
The star of The Great British Bake Off's 'An Extra Slice' held a discussion at Waterstones to mark the release of her latest book 'Born Lippy'.
Her book focusses on what it means to be female and covers a range of topics, including feminism, parenting and some of her experiences as a stand-up comic.
Cheryl Dibden, event co-ordinator, said: "It is very evident that her new book aims not only to entertain, but also to really help people.
"Jo answered some excellent questions from the audience and we received fantastic feedback about the evening.
"She brought so much warmth and fun to Reading. We just want to do it all over again."
