JACK OLIVER CLAYTON, 23, of Canterbury Road, Reading, admitted to criminal damage to a property valued under £5,000 and using violence to secure entry to a premises. He was committed to prison for a total of 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months must comply with requirements during the supervision period. He must take part in a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement for a maximum of 10 days and carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £550, costs of £550 and a surcharge of £115.

MATEUSZ MIERZWA, 25, of Towcester Road, Northamptonshire, was convicted of using a motor vehicle on a road/public place, namely the M4, Reading, without third-party insurance in his absence. He was fined £660, ordered to pay costs of £620 and a surcharge of £66. He also had his driving licence endorsed with six points.

ANTONY JAMES CROOK, 55, of The Delph, Lower Earley, admitted to speeding and was fined £281. He was also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

MUTASAM AHMED MAHMOOD, 29, of Wokingham Road, Earley, admitted to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order and was fined £50.

SEAN RAYMOND PRIMMER, 37, of no fixed abode, denied stealing four boxes of diesel and a gas card reader and was convicted in his absence. He also admitted to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He also admitted to two counts of possessing a controlled drug of Class A, namely cocaine, one count of obstructing/resisting a constable in the execution of duty and commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order. He must take part in a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement for a maximum of 25 days and must complete 180 hours of unpaid work. He was ordered to pay compensation of £60, costs of £250 and a surcharge of £85.

JAMIL CHOUDHRY, 23, of Woodlands Avenue, Burghfield Common, admitted to possessing a controlled drug of Class B, namely amphetamine. He was fined £150, made to pay costs of £85 and a surcharge of £30.

ADRIAN ROTARU, 38, of Cheap Street, Newbury, admitted to driving a motor vehicle above the legal alcohol limit and was fined £500. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 23 months, made to pay costs of £85 and a surcharge of £50.

September 6 KURTIS MICHAEL FISHLOCK, 22, of Pritchard Close, Thatcham, admitted to possessing a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis/cannabis resin. He received a conditional discharge of 12 months and was ordered to pay costs totalling £105. The court also made an order for the destruction of the drugs.

IFFAT SHAMIM, 47, of Sunderland Close, Woodley, denied impersonating a special constable or member of the police force and was convicted. He also admitted to travelling on the railway without paying the fare. A community order was made and he must take part in a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement for a maximum of 10 days. He must also complete 70 hours of an unpaid work requirement.
