Kyle Errol Stephen Collier, 20, of Centurion Close, Reading, admitted to using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour with intent to cause fear and possessing a controlled drug of Class B. A community order was made and he must participate in an accredited programme for 30

days. He must also complete a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement for 25 days. He must pay costs of £85 and a fine of £50. The court made an order for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.

Gary Thorndyke, 59, of Marlborough Court, Hungerford, denied making a false statement in order to obtain insurance and was found guilty. He was fined £700 and made to pay costs of £690.

Allison Goodchild, 52, of Alphington Road, Reading, denied using a motor vehicle on a road/public place without third-party insurance. She was fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £30. She was also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

Alimamy Rassin James Wurie, 31, of Skylark Way, Shinfield, admitted to using a motor vehicle and failed to comply with the indication given by a traffic sign. He was fined £200 and made to pay costs of £115. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

Damian Piotr Palka, 38, of Cranbury Road, Reading, denied driving above the legal alcohol limit and was found guilty. He was fined £250 and made to pay costs of £650. He was also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for nine months.

Deepak Gurung, 24, of Great Knollys Street, Reading, admitted to possessing a controlled drug of Class B. He was fined £166 and made to pay costs of £115. The court made an order for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.

Tawheed Joseph, 20, of Salisbury Road, Reading, admitted to obstructing/resisting a constable in the execution of duty. He received a conditional discharge for 12 months and made to pay costs of £70.

Jake Anthony Power, 26, of Winston Way, Thatcham, admitted to driving above the legal alcohol limit and was fined £500. He was also made to pay costs of £135 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months.

Michael David John, 35, of Westwood Glen, Reading, admitted to two counts of possessing a controlled drug of Class A and another count of possessing a controlled drug of Class B. A community order was made and he must complete a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement for 30 days. The court made an order for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.

Steven Peter Betteridge, 43, of Norfolk Road, Reading, admitted to driving above the legal alcohol limit and was fined £300. He was also made to pay costs of £115 and was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months.

Mason Rowe, 20, of Red Cottage Drive, Reading, admitted to obstructing/resisting a constable in the execution of duty. He received a conditional discharge for nine months.

Benjamin Stephen Hayne, 28, of Myton Walk, Theale, admitted to failing to provide specimen for analysis and commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order. He was fined £315 and made to pay costs of £331. He was also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
