A MAN has been charged with theft following a Thames Valley Police investigation.
Martin Banyard, aged 68, of Peppard Road, Emmer Green, Reading, has been charged with four counts of theft.
The charges relate to incidents at Dorchester Abbey, Dorchester-on-Thames, in which cash was removed from a gift box between 4pm on Tuesday, July 31 and 6pm on Tuesday, August 28.
He was bailed and is due to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on September 21.
