PACKED crowds enjoyed a sun-drenched afternoon of activities at the Mortimer Fun Day.
Families headed down to Mortimer Fairground on Saturday for a chance to take in the good weather and watch England's World Cup match against Sweden in the afternoon.
Volunteers held a tombola and raffle, while refreshments were provided by a pop-up pub.
Rebecca Barker, the project manager for the day, said: "I would like to say a big shout out to all our sponsors without whom an event of this magnitude simply could not be put on.
"Ever faithful, they give their time as well as their money to support this event which benefits so many groups within our community as well as providing a cracking day out for all the family."
