A DRIVER was rushed to hospital after her car crashed off the road this morning.
Traffic collision investigators remained on the scene for more than two hours.
Officers were photographing a white Vauxhall Corsa which appeared to have careened off of the road on Old Bath Road, near Shepherd's House Hill roundabout.
Onlookers described waves of emergency service vehicles rushing to the scene shortly after 11am.
One said: "There was a crash earlier on but I didn't see how many cars were involved.
"Two fire engines parked up outside and there were quite a few police cars and an ambulance there too."
Collision investigators were seen taking pictures of the white car, which was parked at the side of the road close to a wall.
A Thames Valley Police spokesman said: "This was a single vehicle collision involving one car in London Road, Earley.
"We were called at about 11.20am.
"The driver of the car, a woman, sustained minor injuries and has been taken to hospital for treatment.
"No arrests have been made. Road closures were in place but these have since been lifted."
