A PERVERT stroked a woman's arm before exposing his genitals and smiling in a shocking daylight sex attack onboard a train.
The man was on a train between Winchester and Reading when he sat next to a woman aged in her twenties.
When he began to touch her, the victim put her arm rest down and the man left the area.
However, moments later on March 16, he returned to her seat and tapped her on the shoulder.
The horrified woman turned around to see that he was exposing himself while smiling at her.
He then fled the train at Reading Station.
Transport policing officers investigating the attack released CCTV pictures of a man who could hold vital information.
Anyone who recognises the man, pictured, should contact police.
A police spokesman added: "When the train reached Reading, he tapped the victim on the shoulder. When she looked at him, she saw that he was exposing himself and smiling. He then ran off the train.
"If you recognise this man or have any information which you think could help, please contact BTP on 0800 40 50 40 or text 61016, quoting reference 415 of 16 March."
