KYLIE SCOTT, 28, of Bay Road, Bracknell, received a six-week prison sentence, suspended for two years, after pleading guilty for being in possession of a Stanley Knife at Maidenhead Police Station on December 28, 2015. She was ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work over the next 12 months. She was also committed to prison for one-week, suspended for two years, after pleading guilty to stealing toothbrushes and alcohol from Waitrose in Sunningdale valued at £149.79. She also pleaded guilty to assault on December 28 and was ordered to pay £100 compensation.

JASON MARLOW, 46, of Sycamore Close, Southampton, pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of whisky valued at £30 from Marks & Spencers in reading on March 10. He was fined £40, ordered to pay the victim's surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. He was also fined a further £120 after pleading guilty for failing to surrender to custody at Berkshire Magistrates' Court on April 4.

JUSTIN ROBERT HERBERT, 33, of Beancroft Road, Thatcham, received a four-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months after pleading guilty to harassment through sending numerous abusive text messages threatening violence and damage to the victim's property. A restraining order was made against the defendant contacting the victim. He was ordered to pay a victim's surcharge of £140 and costs of £85.

LIAM SEAN WILLIAM BUCKLEY, 29, of Lynwood Crescent, Sunningdale, received an 18-week prison sentence, suspended for two years after pleading guilty to going equipped for burglary in Caversham on July 16, by carrying a crow bar. The defendant has to comply with a 12-month drug rehabilitation requirement. He was ordered to pay the victim's surcharge of £140 and costs of £85.

SIMON THOMAS WILLIAMS, 30, of Kendal Close, Thatcham, was given a conditional discharge for 248 days after pleading guilty to the theft of bottles of whisky and vodka valued at £44 from Tesco in Newbury on April 13. He was ordered to pay compensation of £44, and the victim's surcharge of £20.

PAUL ANTHONY MARLOW, 26, of Dunstan Road, Thatcham, was disqualified from driving for 36 months after pleading guilty to driving a motor vehicle with excess alcohol on Burys Bank Road in Greenham on June 27. He was fined £120 and order to pay a victim's surcharge of £30, in addition to £85 costs. He also pleased guilty to driving without insurance and was fined £120, and was issued with no separate penalty for driving without a licence.

KEITH BARRON, 44, of Stubbles, Ashampstead, Reading, was given a community order for 180 hours of unpaid work over 12 months after pleading guilty for failing to notify West Berkshire District Council of a change in circumstances which would affect their entitlement to housing benefit, namely that they were in employment. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85. He also pleaded guilty to failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change in circumstances which would affect his entitlement to carer's allowance, since he was in employment.

RAYLEE HAFFENDEN, 26, of Springfield Road, St Leonards-on-Sea, was given a 12-month conditional discharge after pleading guilty to possession in Reading on August 30, 2015, of a class A controlled drug, namely cocaine and a class B controlled drug, namely cannabis. He was ordered to pay the victim's surcharge of £15 and costs of £35.

JOSEPH PETER LEE, 29, of Davis Way, Hurst, Wokingham, was disqualified from driving for 18 months for driving a motor vehicle when his alcohol limit was above the permitted level in Sandhurst on June 25. He pleaded guilty to the charge. He was also fined £600, ordered to pay costs of £85, the victim's surcharge of £60.

PIOTR ZBIGNIEW NAWROCKI, 46, of Oxford Road, Reading, received a community order of 40 hours' unpaid work over the next 12 months after pleading guilty for attempting to steal watches, value unknown, from the John Lewis store in Reading on June 25. He also pleaded guilty to stealing watches valued at £99.90 from John Lewis on June 13, watches valued at £99.90 from John Lewis on June 15, and watches valued at £99.90 from John Lewis on June 16, watches valued at £119.95 from John Lewis on June 22 and watches valued at £34 from John Lewis on June 24. He was ordered to pay £200 compensation and a victim's surcharge of £85.

DARREN PHILLIPS, 46, of No fixed address, was given a 12-month conditional discharge after pleading guilty to being found drunk in a public place - Newtown Road, Newbury, on July 27. He was ordered to pay a victim's surcharge of £20.

JORDAN SEARLE, 24, of No fixed address, was given a 12-month conditional discharge after pleading guilty to theft of a hoody valued at £19.99 from the Decathlon store in Reading on June 25. He was ordered to pay a victim's surcharge of £20.

NATALIE MARIE WHITEWAY, 32, of Stirling Way, Thatcham, was given a 12-month conditional discharge after pleading guilty to stealing goods valued at £13.79 from Iceland in Newbury on March 11. She was ordered to pay a victim's surcharge of £15 and costs of £35.

MARC ANDREW WISE, 28, of Old School Yard, High Street, Lambourn, was given a 12-month conditional discharge after pleading guitly for possession of class A drugs, cocaine and heroin, at Theale Station on May 20. He was ordered to pay a victim's surcharge of £20 and costs of £30.

JAMIE CHRISTOPHER WOOD, 24, or Mulberry Close, Owlsmoor, Sandhurst, was fined £300 after pleading guilty to possession of a class A drug, cocaine, in Reading on May 28. He was ordered to pay costs of £85. He was also fined £100 for possession of a class B drug, cannabis in Reading on May 28, after pleading guilty, and he also pleaded guilty to possession of a class B drug, Ketamine, also in Reading on the same date. He was fined £100, plus an additional £100 for breach of a conditional discharge issued in Guildford in September 2015 for a drugs offence.

JACK STEPHEN ALDER, 19, of Hill Close, Newbury, was fined £300 after pleading guilty to driving a motor vehicle when his alcohol level was above the legal limit, on the M4 at Frilsham on June 1. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months. He was also fined £200 for exceeding the 70mph speed limit on the M4 after pleading guilty.

SONJA CHIVERS, 45, of Copnor Close, Woolton Hill, Hampshire, was disqualified from driving for 17 months after pleading guilty to driving a car when her alcohol level was above the legal limit. She was driving on Buckingham road in Newbury on July 1. She was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and fined £30.
