* UNFORTUNATELY the proposed catchment areas look good for Lower Earley, but the majority of Lower Earley will not gain from the changes. I think a better solution might be a smaller more realistic Maiden Erlegh catchment area. Lower Earley could be split into Maiden Erlegh in the North and a Emmbrook/Forest/Holt catchment in the South or shared with Emmbrook rather than Bulmershe. After all, I believe the A329(M) and railway line form just as much a natural boundary as the M4.
That said, I broadly support most of the changes being proposed and the council for addressing issues they have been ignoring for too long.
