SMASH-hit children's book Ratburger takes to the stage tonight (Friday) in the latest theatrical adaptation by Heartbreak Productions at Caversham Court Gardens. 

Written by Little Britain comedian David Walliams, the tale of young Zoe and her step-mother who doesn't care when her pet hamster dies will be performed on stage tonight, suitable for kids aged 7+.

Voted the top children’s book of the year in 2012, David Walliams’ “Ratburger” encourages us to support Zoe as she battles through a life littered with perils, pitfalls, and grizzly individuals.

Following on from the successful 2015 adaptation of Mr Stink, which David Walliams described as “magnificent!”, Heartbreak Productions with the theatrical premiere of Ratburger, adapted for the outdoor stage and which will go ahead come rain or shine. 

There is no seating at the event, so audience members hsould bring their own cushion rug or seating and dress for the weather as the performance is outdoors. 

Starts at 6.30pm with a running time of two hours including an interval.
