CORNER PLOT FEEL – This really is a lovely spot with a real sense of space and openness, still nicely enclosed but in no way cramped.

When I first arrived here my first thought was that some time had clearly been taken to create an attractive property with some detailed brickwork features, very pleasing on the eye. The local schooling, train station and commuter links make this a dream location for many.

The front gardens are extensive and add to the overall feeling of space, along with making this spot feel very non estate sat at the front they also give great privacy.

Wandering inside you have a good entrance hall, room to get shoes and coats off with doorway through to a modern WC. This space then opens up further and you turn right into a really decent size kitchen, fitted well with modern smooth finished units and integrated oven and hob. The units themselves are in alight wood finish with contrasting work tops and up stands, a nice look. This is again where you appreciate the frontage, looking directly out onto it makes for a lovely view and enhances the feeling of privacy even more.

The main reception room is huge an extends across the rear of the home, space here for both a large living room but also dining area that takes a sensible dining room table not just a token table for two! With door and windows giving views out into the gardens and letting light in it really is a lovely room and one that I think you’ll find tough to beat.Moving upstairs you have three bedrooms including two lovely doubles, the master is particularly impressive as it stretches across the full frontage with built-in wardrobes already in place so the floor space is excellent. It may be a strange thing to point out but even bedroom three is square in shape so actually works really well with options to obviously furnish as a bedroom or maybe a study or large dressing room? The family bathroom then is then fitted with both bath and separate shower cubicle.

The rear gardens here were again larger than I was expecting, fully enclosed with personal gate out to the double parking driveway behind. Again, being on the side as a corner plot you really notice the feeling of space, privacy and in a strange way the sheer amount of sky not houses that you can see. To give you some idea on size you’ll see from the pictures that you have a large lawn area, room for shed and the ‘essential’ trampoline so no dramas here.

With the driveway parking that we have already mentioned really finishing things off I don’t think there is much more to say other than this is a really really good property and one that we would recommend you come and see.
