For me this is something the new owners would do well to take on board and retain wherever possible, ‘bringing the outside in’ has been a trendy phrase for some years now but it was an important element in the design of this home when it was originally constructed.

Whilst all bedrooms are lovely, I must make mention of the end bedroom, named as bedroom two on the floorplan, what a view to wake up to from here, just incredible. The bathrooms, whilst dated also give a sense of the potential this property offers any prospective buyer.

Ok I’m hoping you’ve taken in the drone footage and elevated shots and overall plot plan but this still by no means does justice or compares to walking the grounds. You literally have your own piece of countryside, lawns, woods and hideaways. It really is the thing of dreams and so so rare.

The plot totals 4.83 acres. Some of this is taken up by large driveways, outbuildings and gardens, but the extensive grounds to the side and rear of the property have to be seen to be fully appreciated.

We’ll go into much more detail of how we see the potential of this property when we are walking and talking but I can safely say that I will be envious of anyone securing this much-loved home and can’t wait to see how Foxhill House looks as it goes into its next chapter……..
