A 26-year-old Thatcham man was fined £1,000 and banned from the roads on Valentines Day after driving at 76mph on the M4.
Jack Mitchard, of Hamstead Norreys Road, Hermitage, was caught speeding between Junctions 20 and 19 Eastbound on October 10, 2020, where the limit is 40mph.

He was disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months due to repeat offending.
The judge at Bath Magistrates' Court ordered Mitchard to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £100 and costs of £110.
Mitchard must pay £600 per month commencing from March 14.
