LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 12th May 2017 Reading Pub Company

Limited applied to Reading Borough Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises The Queens Head, 54 Christchurch Road, Reading, Berkshire RG2 7AZ. The proposed variation is:-1. To amend the plan of the premises that attaches to the premises licence to show the external function room as part of the area within which licensable activities may be operated. 2. To delete all existing conditions within Annex 2 and 3 of the premises licence and to replace these with updated conditions following liaison with the Licensing Officer. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:- Reading Borough Council, Licensing Section, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading RG1 2LU no later than 9th June 2017 stating the grounds for representations. No written representations will have personal details removed unless the licensing authority deems it appropriate to do so. Any request for personal details to be removed should be notified to the Licensing Authority at the time of making the representation. The registerofReading Borough Council and the record ofthe application maybe inspected at the above Council address by prior arrangement between the hours of 9am to 5pm please ring 0118 9373762 to make an appointment or via email to licensing@reading.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited._
