THE CUTHBERT, SERVICE & JACKSON LIMITED RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFITS PLAN ("THE PLAN") Notice is hereby given that the Trustee of the Plan is winding up the Plan. This follows a decision taken last year, in conjunction with the sponioring emplo'yer,to enter into a bulk annuity contract with Aviva Life & Pensions UK Limited.

The Trustee has written to all members and beneficiaries currently receiving benefits or with a known

entitlement to future benefits under

the Plan.

If you have not recently been

contacted but believe you have a claim or entitlement to any benefit from, or interest in, the Plan, by reason of your own or any other

person's employment with Cuthbert Service & jack;on Limited, you are required to send particulars in writing, by 16 August 2019, of your claim or entitlement (together with

yourfull name,presentaddress,date

of birth and copies of all documents which support your claim) to: The Trustee of the Cuthbert Service & Jackson Limited R&DBP c/o Steve Carrodus, PTL Governance Limited,Abbey House, 1650 Arlington Business Park,Theale, Reading RG7 4SA After the expiry of this notice on 16 August 2019, the Trustee will

distribute the remaining assets of

the Plan as part of the wind-up.

Benefits will be provided only to

those persons whose valid claims and entitlements the Trustee has

notice of and it will not be liable to, or in respect of, any other person. As stated above, any individuals who have already been con-tacted by the Trustee about this matter should not respond to

this notice as the Trustee

already has details of your claims and entitlements.
